Been quite complacent and silly in taking care of myself... now I think I'm down with the slightly more severe ailments ever since I came to York.
Don't know if it's a case of gastric flu or indigestion, but I was down with fever and cold shivering, and the awful feeling of wanting to puke when you've just eaten. Hm. Not a good sign.
Things are taking a good turn today, though. After lots and lots of prayer.... my fever dipped from 37.6 to 36.8 so praise God! :) Still feel heavy in the head and coldish, but I know I'll get better...
